31st May 2011 - All shared pools associated with short-term accommodation (such as motels / hotels and caravan parks) must have a pool safety certificate.

8th July 2011 - Pool safety certificates required when leasing properties that contain a regulated pool.

30th November 2012 - All shared pools associated with long-term accommodation must have a pool safety certificate.
